Our client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales and Operations Planning to join the European Management team. The remit will include: build a three year growth plan; drive strategic sales analysing economic indicators, market sizing, trend analysis, competitor profiles and growth forecast to model global growth review; manage sales footprint delivering EBIT improvement; owning the sales pipeline, working with NPD, sales and marketing; lead and manage a successful SO&P network across the regions to deliver optimal business output.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen gained in a multinational environment. You will have strong commercial leadership skills and the ability to analyse and make recommendations based on strong financial insights and understanding. You should have the proven ability to drive profit through the successful development commercial and pricing strategy. This role could be UK based and will involve extensive travel across Europe.
