Dickson O’Brien Associates specialise in Financial and Human Resource recruitment, from graduate, through all levels of professional qualification to Board level positions. We can recruit for permanent or fixed terms contract roles, and run a temporary payroll when short term temporary staff are required.

Our primary objective is to deliver a face to face personal service to find the ideal candidate for the role you are recruiting, delivering a high quality service, on time and within budget.

We will listen to you to ensure we have a thorough understanding of the role specification and the company culture. We will then tailor our service to meet the specific assignment, utilising a combination of database search, advertised selection and search techniques.

All candidates are interviewed by Dickson O’Brien Associates and we pride ourselves on providing a shortlist of candidates that not only look good on paper, but also “fit” with the team and company culture. We manage all stages of the recruitment process with honesty and integrity to ensure a successful outcome at all times.
In addition, we act as an extension to your HR function, so if you require psychometric testing, candidate referencing in a specific format, advice on job specifications, interview and selection methods or salary surveys, this is all part of the service.
