All candidates are interviewed by Dickson O’Brien Associates and we pride ourselves on providing a shortlist of candidates that not only look good on paper, but also “fit” with the team and company culture. We manage all stages of the recruitment process with honesty and integrity to ensure a successful outcome at all times.
In addition, we act as an extension to your HR function, so if you require psychometric testing, candidate referencing in a specific format, advice on job specifications, interview and selection methods or salary surveys, this is all part of the service.
